Festival Terms and Conditions

Once we have received your booking form and deposit we will send a confirmation letter in which you will also be informed which room you have been provisionally allocated. Should there be any rooms surplus to requirements we will upgrade where possible and subject to our discretion.

Peace of mind:-

We guarantee to either move a deposit to a future festival or refund a deposit under the following circumstances

In the case of severe illness or operation being required by a booked guest. Subject to appropriate written confirmation being received by CGFMusic LTD, i.e. doctors letter.
Death (guest booked or an immediate family member).
Under these circumstances and in agreement with CGFMusic LTD no further payment will be needed for the festival booked.

Therefore we recommend that our guests do not need insurance for the above items.

We do suggest that our guests consider insurance for health matters, something that many may already have with bank accounts or credit cards (please check with your suppliers). CGFMusic LTD and any persons working on their behalf shall not be liable for any matter that could have been insured against.

Please Note:

Sea view, Side Sea view, Double bed, Twin Bed, Single room, Suites cannot be guaranteed as they are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you require a double room for one person then an additional supplement charge may be applicable please contact us for details. However, we do not charge a supplement for the single occupation of a single room.

Special requirements such as diet, disabled facilities, shower, bath, etc, cannot be assured unless requested when submitting the order form.


Please notify CGFMusic LTD of cancellations by telephone conversation or recorded mail only. Notification of cancellation received by email, text, other multimedia messaging or answerphone messages cannot be accepted.

In event of cancellation, monies will be repaid in the event of death or severe illness where a certificate will need to be submitted when claiming back a deposit, subject to the decision of CGFMusic LTD.

Events Beyond our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure of our ability to run a festival that is caused by the venue itself or any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, severe weather conditions, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Credit Card Security
Online credit card transactions are handled securely by specialised payment processors.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning CGFMusic LTD, either:-

i. Email support@cgfmusic.co.uk We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 7 working days.
ii. Write to CGFMusic Festivals, 20 Old Barn Way, Southwick, West Sussex, BN41 1PH, England.
iii. Telephone 01903 202590 (+44 from outside the UK). Please note that the telephone line is usually manned from 10.00am to 4.00pm UK time Monday to Friday.

A senior manager at CGFMusic LTD will personally deal with your complaint and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure.


If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law
This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Plain English
We will endeavour to use plain English language at all times.

Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
